Ben joined Victory’s staff in January 2022. Ben’s extensive lacrosse background includes coaching at all levels, including NCAA Division I, Division III, elite travel lacrosse, and high school lacrosse.

Prior to arriving at Victory, Ben was a Recruiting Specialist at NCSA Sports.

He currently resides in Delran, New Jersey with his wife and two children.
