• Summer Slam Reaches New Heights

    The Boy’s Summer Slam lacrosse tournament is set to kick off this coming weekend, June 24-25th! The tournament returns to West Chester, PA this year for another excellent year of elite lacrosse competition. This year, the tournament features over 235 teams from across the United States, the largest amount of teams the tournament has ever had! Summer Slam encompasses 18 divisions that range from elementary school players to the elite athletes of the high school age groups. The tournament will be held at three sites: high school age players will be at The Westtown School, middle school age players will be at West Chester East High School, and youth players will be at Delacy Soccer Complex.

    With a variety retailers and equipment suppliers attending the event sites, Summer Slam is going to be a hot spot for lacrosse players of all ages.  Whether it’s a new lacrosse stick, equipment for all age groups, or that stylish t-shirt of the summer, the Summer Slam vendor village has anything a player, parent, or spectator needs!

    In addition to a high-quality vendor village, the recent partnership of the Victory Event Series-Boy’s Summer Slam lacrosse tournament and Más Mexicali Cantina has sparked excitement for tournament attendees. With a wide variety of food and drink options, Más’ menu boasts unparalleled Mexican cuisine, utilizing fresh ingredients, with a flavor profile that is sure to grab your attention. The chef displays extraordinary attention to detail and offers daily specials that will leave you wanting more! From traditional offerings to Mexicali inspired Más specialties, sizzling fajitas, overloaded burritos, tantalizing tacos and the many vegetarian options; you can always expect more at Más!

    Boy’s Summer Slam will also feature highly experienced trainers from the NovaCare Rehabilitation tending to any player, parent, or spectator in need of assistance.

    The Boys Summer Slam began in 2010 and in its 8th year has grown into an elite summer staple. Drawing teams from across the country, this event delivers the whole package from the Friday night clinic and All-Star games at Kelly Fields to high school recruiting at The Westtown School to the youth festival atmosphere at both West Chester East High School and the Delacy Sports Complex in West Chester, PA.

    We are pleased to partner with IMG Nationals as a 2017 IMG Nationals Regional Qualifier. As in years past, Boys Summer Slam winners and runners up of the below divisions will be invited to the world-renowned IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL for the chance to claim an IMG Nationals title October 27-29, 2017.
